OAEA Board Meetings
The Oklahoma Art Education Association (OAEA) Board meets four times each year to conduct the business of the organization and plan for statewide programs and initiatives. Two meetings are held in person and two are conducted virtually via Google Meet. In-person meetings are intentionally rotated between the Oklahoma City metro area and the Tulsa area to support accessibility for members across the state.
All OAEA Board Members are required to attend.
All OAEA members are welcome and invited to attend, though attendance is not required.

January 10th, 2026 – 10 am – Stillwater Modella Gallery – 721 S. Main, Stillwater, OK 74074 Stay and help hang the Young Peoples Art Exhibit afterwards
